An unfinished mansion built by a tech entrepreneur that will boast the first ever residential IMAX theater sold for $5 million this month.
The home sits on 14 acres, is 25,000 square feet, and boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Tech Entrepreneur Jason Hope began building the lavish estate five years ago but construction was halted in 2011 after his company Jawa was under fire for allegedly costing cell phone users millions of dollars in a text messaging scheme, reports The New York Daily News.

The Texas Attorney General and Verizon both filed lawsuits against Hope. The suit was settled in 2012 but Hope did not add to the construction of the mansion which became known as Lot 1882 to neighbors, according to AZ Central.
The original building plan for the home included nine buildings with connecting tunnels, the first ever residential IMAX theater, an indoor bowling alley, and a spa.

Matzek already lives in the Silverleaf community of Arizona and plans to rent out the mansion once the construction is complete.
'A savvy investor was needed for this property,' said Valley real estate agent Scott Grigg of The Grigg's Group.
'The original plans for the home were pretty impressive, but it's far from complete.'

Grigg was able to sell the home with the help of reality TV star real estate agents Matt and Josh Altman who are on Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing.'
The property has already hosted a number of celebrities. In December of 2010, Hope held a Christmas that featured a performance by the rapper Ludacris.
Also in attendance at the star-studded bash was Snooki from the show 'Jersey Shore' and Caitlyn Jenner from 'Keeping Up with The Kardashians.'
